AMEA Power subsidiary achieves Abydos solar milestone with on-time substation completion


AMEA Power’s subsidiary, the Abydos Solar Power Company (ASPC), proudly announces a significant achievement in Egypt’s renewable energy landscape: the timely completion of the 33/220kV substation building structure within an impressive 90-day period. This milestone marks a crucial step forward in the development of the 500MW Abydos Solar Project.


Over the course of the project, a total of 920 cubic meters of plain and reinforced concrete was meticulously poured into the raft, walls, roof slab, and columns of the switchgear building. This feat exemplifies the dedication, expertise, and capabilities of the ASPC team.


Driven by a commitment to excellence and sustainability, ASPC remains steadfast in its mission to contribute to a cleaner and brighter future. Through collaborative efforts, the project aims to pave the way for a more sustainable energy landscape in Egypt and beyond.
