Boviet Solar's PV Modules Earn EU REACH Certification from TÜV SÜD

Boviet Solar Technology Co. Ltd., a leading solar energy technology company specializing in manufacturing monocrystalline PV cells, Gamma Series™ Monofacial, and Vega Series™ Bifacial PV Modules, received EU REACH compliance certification of certain PV modules from TUV SÜD.

REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) is the EU’s chemicals regulation. REACH aims to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment, promote the free circulation of chemicals on the EU market, and enhance competitiveness and innovation. The REACH Regulation requires companies to report on chemicals used in their products and throughout the supply chain. REACH testing is one of the methods used to determine whether or not products contain restricted chemicals, or substances of very high concern (SVHCs). Third-party laboratory testing allows you to verify compliance by testing for restricted or threshold-limited substances.

By obtaining REACH certification, Boviet Solar ensures that its products comply with the European Union’s stringent regulations on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). This certification highlights Boviet Solar’s commitment to environmental safety and sustainability by managing the risks associated with chemical substances used in their products.
