CEE and Goldbeck Solar commission 155MW PV plant in Germany

Renewables asset manager CEE Group and Goldbeck Solar have joined hands to commission a 155MW photovoltaic plant in Germany.

The duo commissioned the Döllen solar park, which started its construction one year back. The solar park is located in the municipality of Gumtow in the Prignitz district of Brandenburg.

According to the companies, solar modules for the project were supplied by Astronergy while the project was financed by DAL Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing.

It has been reported that the generated power from the solar park is fed into the grid of E.DIS Netz. To be noted, it is a regional electricity distribution system operator.

"We are pleased that the solar park at the Döllen site has been commissioned on schedule. With a nominal output of 154.77MWp, the project in this dimension is a significant milestone of the energy transition in Germany, Detlef Schreiber, CEO of the CEE Group, was quoted in a statement.

He further stated, “We would like to thank all those involved for the exceptional professionalism and consistent commitment, particularly amidst the challenges encountered during this mega project."

Meanwhile, the transformer station was also built for the solar park in Schönhagen. It was built in cooperation with E.DIS.
