EiDF has signed a purchase and sale contract for the acquisition of all the shares in the company Sociedad de Explotación Fotovoltaica MI. The acquired company is the owner of a photovoltaic project in La Rioja, of 19.5 MWp.
Additionally, EiDF has signed a preferential acquisition right for a package of projects located in the community of Madrid, which together will reach 26 MWp.
The acquisition of these carefully selected projects will not only strengthen EiDF's position in the market, but will also boost its ability to deliver innovative and environmentally friendly energy solutions. This strategic investment demonstrates EiDF's continued commitment to sustainable growth and the development of clean technologies, as well as EiDF's willingness to continue expanding its pipeline of photovoltaic generation projects, which already reaches 2.8 GW.
