Q Energy concludes sale of 73MW renewable energy portfolio in France




Q Energy has concluded the sale of a 73MW portfolio of renewable energy projects in Europe.

 

The company completed the sale in France to the Italian independent renewable energy producer ERG.

 

As per the companies, the portfolio consists of two operational solar farms, one in the Gironde area of France and the other in the Pyrenees Orientales.

 

The projects have a combined installed capacity of 20.4MW, a 28.8MW solar project in an advanced phase of construction in the Pays de la Loire region and a 24MW wind farm in the final phase of commissioning, the duo said.

 

"We are thrilled to announce the sale of our 73.2 MW portfolio of renewable energy projects to ERG," Joshua Lim, Deputy Managing Director of Q ENERGY France, was quoted in a statement.

 

Lim further stated, "This collaboration underscores our shared dedication to driving impactful change in the renewable energy landscape. It also represents a pivotal moment for both organisations, as we collectively accelerate progress towards a more sustainable and environmentally conscious future."
