The most recent acquisition by 1Komma5° is the Fastplug company from Kayhude, located approximately 30 kilometers northeast of Hamburg. According to 1Komma5°, the photovoltaic-focused electrical company is a training company with 130 employees, several years of experience and a market-leading position in the region. The new company will be part of the Hamburg headquarters and strengthen the position in Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein.
Thanks to “predominantly organic growth,” we now have eleven new locations: Bayreuth, Bochum, Braunschweig, Dortmund, Flensburg, Hamburg, Hanover, Karlsruhe, Kassel, Kiel and Mülheim. In Germany, 1Komma5° now has around 1,000 employees. There are 1,900 worldwide, which are now spread across 72 locations.
Large and highly digitalized providers now make up a significant share of the photovoltaics market in Germany. According to a ranking by Statista, Enpal was in first place in April 2023, while 1Komma5° was in fifth place.
