B.Grimm Power Signs 25-Year Solar Power Agreements with EGAT and PEA for 323.3 MW Projects

B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (B.Grimm Power) has secured 25-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) and the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) through its subsidiaries and joint ventures. These agreements, involving eight companies, cover a total contracted capacity of 323.3 MW for solar farm projects.

The scheduled commercial operation dates (SCOD) for these projects will occur between 2026 and 2030, supporting Thailand's renewable energy ambitions. This initiative aligns with B.Grimm Power’s “GreenLeap-Global and Green Strategy,” aimed at driving the country's clean energy transition and helping Thailand achieve net-zero emissions by 2065.

Among the key solar projects are Smart Clean System 5 Company Limited (20 MW, SCOD 2027), Green PowerGen Company Limited (10 MW, SCOD 2030), and Voltsync Solution Company Limited (108 MW, SCOD 2028). The largest project, Power C.E. Company Limited, has a capacity of 129 MW, with a SCOD set for 2027.
