The peak output of the PV system from around 130,000 modules should be 80.9 MW. The solar park is to be built in the municipality of Stüdenitz-Schönermark (Ostprignitz-Ruppin district), 85 kilometers northwest of Berlin. Construction is scheduled to start in January and be fully commissioned by the end of 2024.
The purchase of the new PV project is also the first transaction for the CEE Group as part of the CEE Renewable Fund 8 (CEE RF8 for short), which was launched at the end of 2023. The closed alternative investment fund (AIF) was launched exclusively for institutional investors. He will have a 55 percent stake in the solar park, and the company will manage another 45 percent as a single mandate for an institutional investor.
According to its own information, the CEE Group has 46 onshore wind farms with an installed capacity of 655 MW as well as 49 photovoltaic projects with a peak output of more than 1 GW in Europe. The target group is also institutional investors. Many projects are in the double or even triple-digit megawatt range.
