German solar developer ib vogt GmbH has been granted financing to build and operate a 95.18-MWp solar farm in Spain, the firm’s legal team has announced.
Spanish bank Banco Santander provided around EUR 60 million (USD 65.1m) in project finance to ib vogt to support its project, law firm Clifford Chance said on Wednesday.
The funds will go towards the construction, operation and maintenance of the Baobab solar photovoltaic power project in Segovia province, in the Spanish region of Castile and Leon.
Earlier this year, ib vogt secured financing to build three solar farms with a combined capacity of 418 MWp in the Segovia area.
