R Power has acquired PV projects in Poland with a total capacity of 91MWp from EOS, a joint-venture controlled by Cero Generation.
Most of the projects are in the ready-to-build phase, with R Power planning to commence their expansion in 2024.
R Power board member Klaudiusz Kalisz said: "This transaction marks the next step in expanding our portfolio in the Polish market.
"Currently, both in Poland and in other European markets, we have almost 1.5GWp of projects with secured grid access and over 21GWp of capacity in earlier stages of project development.
"R Power's operations are based on stable capital from both Polish and foreign investors, such as the Three Seas Fund and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which have committed to invest €250m.
"Thanks to them, we can safely and predictably carry out major investments in photovoltaic sources across Europe."
