Acknowledging the robust ties between the two nations, the leaders delved into potential collaborations within the energy sector, aligning with the existing Memorandum of Cooperation between the governments of Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. Key areas of focus included the development of comprehensive clean hydrogen standards, emphasizing emissions over sources. The discussion extended to the formulation of policies related to Carbon Capture, Transport, and Storage (CCTS), reflecting a commitment to environmental sustainability.
