The two companies agreed on a partnership at Solar Solutions in Bremen. Their joint offer is aimed at installers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Sigenergy Technology is still relatively new on the German photovoltaics market. At the Solar Solutions in Bremen, the Chinese company agreed a partnership with pvXchange Trading. In the future, both companies would jointly offer installers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland private and commercial photovoltaic solutions for their own supply, they announced on Tuesday. They also announced “real news” in the area of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

“The collaboration with Sigenergy is an exciting opportunity for us to offer our customers products that create a real competitive advantage,” explained Volker Helfrich, Managing Director of pvXchange Trading, with a view to the cooperation. “Especially today this is more important than ever. Sigenergy wants to benefit from the expertise of the pvXchange founders in the German photovoltaics market. “This collaboration strengthens our position in the important DA-CH market and shows the industry that Sigenergy really has something new to offer with the 5-in-1 SigenStor,” said Sven Albermeier-Braun, sales manager at Sigenergy in Germany.

Up to six battery modules can be stacked. The capacity is then 5 to 48 kilowatt hours. Sigenergy states the energy density as 110 watts per kilogram.
