Soltec transfers part of a 52 MW project in Italy to Aquila

Soltec has released a statement in which it informs that it has completed the transfer to Aquila Clean Energy of 49% of a project in Catania (Italy) with an installed capacity of 52 megawatts (MW), which has reached the 'ready to build' phase. ' (RtB), as reported this Monday by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). The agreement guarantees that the projects will use solar trackers and construction services from Soltec. The operation will generate a cash inflow in fiscal year 2023 of 3.8 million euros.
