Ultra T 3.0 Quarter-Cut Flagship Module

The Ultra T 3.0 quarter-cut module is Suntech’s flagship product at Intersolar Europe 2026. Built on the upgraded N-type TOPCon 3.0 cell technology, it integrates a quarter-cut cell architecture, ultra-fine grid lines, and shingled encapsulation to improve current collection efficiency and overall system performance.

The module achieves an efficiency of over 25.2% and delivers more than 20W higher output compared to conventional half-cut modules. With up to 90% bifaciality and a temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C, it is designed to maximize energy yield under real-world operating conditions.

By improving energy generation while reducing balance-of-system (BOS) costs and levelized cost of electricity (LCOE), the Ultra T 3.0 is positioned as Suntech’s flagship utility-scale solution for high-performance solar projects in Europe.

Application-Oriented Module Portfolio

At Intersolar Europe 2026, Suntech is introducing a comprehensive module lineup based on its upgraded N-type TOPCon platform, designed to address diverse European market requirements, including grid constraints, building integration standards, and land-use optimization.

For utility-scale applications, Suntech presents high-efficiency bifacial modules designed to maximize energy yield and reduce levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) under low-shading conditions, with improved system compatibility and lifecycle performance.

For commercial and industrial rooftops, Suntech offers high-power modules optimized for energy yield and installation efficiency, supporting distributed generation and campus-scale energy systems.

For residential and building-integrated applications, the company introduces full-black dual-glass modules designed to meet architectural requirements while maintaining high efficiency and stable performance under varied European climatic conditions.

To address retrofit applications and aging building infrastructure, Suntech also showcases a lightweight N-type bifacial module designed to simplify installation and expand solar adoption across low-load rooftops.
