According to the companies, the plants will enter into operation by the end of 2025. The projects will achieve Ready-to-Build status within the next 18 months.

It has been informed that the Swiss infrastructure asset manager Reichmuth and French outfit Amundi Energy Transition have put on investments in the project. For this, an investment vehicle named N-Sun Energy is founded.

Jacobo Llanza, CEO of Alantra Asset Management, was quoted in a statement, “Renewable energy is driving strong demand from investors across the globe, who are looking for experienced partners who can guide their contribution to transforming our energy models.”

Under the agreement, Alantra Solar is assigned to handle asset management services to the investment vehicle and ensure its financing capacity while Solarig will handle the development of the plants.

The companies informed that once completed, the portfolio will generate more than €180m in revenues annually.
