Adani Green commissions 307 MW of renewables at Khavda

Adani Green Energy Ltd (BOM:541450), or AGEL, part of Indian conglomerate Adani Group, has brought a total of 307.4 MW of renewable energy capacity online at Khavda in the Indian state of Gujarat.
The company said on December 31 that, based on relevant clearances, it was commissioning six sites, which were to start power generation from January 1. The plants include hybrid, wind and solar facilities.
The projects bring AGEL’s total renewable generation capacity in operation to 17,237.2 MW.
Adani’s green energy arm is developing a 30-GW renewable energy complex at Khavda. As at end-September 2025, the huge project had 7.1 GW of operational capacity, according to AGEL's financial results in October 2025. The target is to reach 30 GW by 2029.
Overall, AGEL aims to achieve 50 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030.
