Astronergy Powers 3MW “Solar+Retail” Project in Vietnam with Sustainable Electricity

Recently, Astronergy collaborated with CAS Control & Automation Solutions, a leading automation solution provider in Vietnam, to bring green electricity to the rooftops of over 100 Bách Hóa Xanh and Thế Giới Di Động stores. This partnership has successfully installed 3MW of Astronergy’s high-efficiency ASTRO series PV modules, making a significant impact on sustainable energy adoption in Vietnam’s retail sector.

By adopting solar power, these retail chains are not only reducing their carbon emissions but also aligning with the sustainability goals of the country. This move is expected to attract eco-conscious customers and set a great example for other businesses in Vietnam to follow.

Vietnam’s National Power Development Plan VIII for 2021-2030 aims to equip half of the country’s residential rooftops with photovoltaic (PV) systems under a net- metering scheme. Astronergy is proud to be a part of this vision and contribute to the reduction of carbon footprints and environmental sustainability.

This collaboration with CAS Control & Automation Solutions is just the beginning of our ambitious plans. Astronergy aims to expand its efforts to light up over 500 sites in the future, making a positive impact on the retail landscape in Vietnam.
