Centrica Completes Solar PV Installations at David Lloyd Clubs

Centrica Business Solutions is set to finalize the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems across ten David Lloyd Clubs in the UK, a key initiative to help the leisure brand meet its carbon net zero target by 2030. This move is part of a wider strategy to support the UK’s green transition and provide financial sustainability for the brand.

The solar systems, ranging in size from 300kWp at the Manchester club to 631kWp at the Cambridge location, have been carefully designed to fit each club’s roof.

To date, nine of the ten planned installations have been commissioned, with the final installation in Manchester scheduled for completion next week. The projects span key locations, including Basildon, Cardiff, Solihull, and Manchester.
