CME and Vista Global Enter Into Rooftop Solar Energy Agreement

The joint venture agreement between CME and Vista Global, signed on August 22 and announced on September 4, represents a significant step in both companies' dedication to sustainable energy and Vietnam's transition to a low-carbon economy.

Named CME-Vista, the partnership aims to leverage the combined expertise, resources, and technologies of both parties to accelerate the development of solar energy projects across Vietnam. With CME’s extensive global experience in deploying 5,000 MWp of solar projects and its solid financial and technical foundation, the venture is well-positioned to enhance the deployment of rooftop solar systems throughout the country.

The collaboration merges Vista Global and Samsung C&T’s advanced technical and financial expertise with CME’s deep local knowledge. This combination seeks to provide high-performance solar solutions to meet Vietnam’s growing energy needs.
