EDP Renovaveis SA announced on Tuesday it has signed three long-term power purchase agreements (PPA) in Europe, for a total of 133 MW of solar capacity.
The renewable energy company did not mention the name of the off-taker, revealing only that it is a large US-based technological company.
Under the PPAs, EDPR will supply the output of a 60-MW park in Italy, a 58-MW plant in Germany and a 15-MW solar farm in France.
So far, the Portuguese renewables pure-player has secured more than 70% of the roughly 10 GW of capacity it aims to install during the 2024-2026 period, the company added.
