
Fundeen has kicked off attracting investment for a solar photovoltaic project in south-eastern Spain.
The Spanish renewables-focused crowdfunding platform has targeted EUR 550,000 (USD 590,630) in total. It plans to include contributions from companies based around the project site.
According to the company, the fundraising campaign will support the 5.6-MW Totana IV project. It will be developed by Spanish solar energy specialist Soltec Power Holdings SA.
The project is based in the town of Totana, in Spain’s region of Murcia.
As per Fundeen, “the funding opportunity is offered to those based less than 60 kilometres (37.3 miles) from the solar farm site.”
It has been informed that the interested companies can invest up to EUR 150,000 in the project.
