Liberty Solar Energy Corp. Powers Up Major Solar Project in Paniqui, Tarlac Philippines

Plans for a sizable solar power plant in Paniqui, Tarlac, are being advanced by Liberty Solar Energy Corporation (LSEC), a division of Alternergy.
