Ankara Solar Energy Launches Innovative Walkable PV Flooring for Residential and Commercial Use
Ankara Solar Energy, a prominent Turkish solar module producer, has unveiled its new brand, PV Floor, offering walkable photovoltaic (PV) flooring solutions for both residential and commercial applications. The product line includes 30W and 120W square panels with anti-slip glass front plates, designed for use in shopping malls, driveways, parking lots, terraces, bridges, and pedestrian areas.
Initially introduced in Turkey and Greece in 2022, PV Floor is now available in the European and American markets. The system includes adjustable pedestal supports made from polypropylene, capable of handling a central load of up to 1,000 kg. These pedestals are adjustable from 50 mm to 260 mm in height and come with a base diameter of 200 mm and a top diameter of 120 mm.

Both models come with an 8-year warranty and a 10-year linear performance warranty, operating effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C. The back film is available in white, black, or transparent. The panels support a maximum system voltage of 1000V.
For installation, adjustable pedestals are included, eliminating the need for additional steel or aluminum structures. Grid-tied systems will require microinverters or grid-tie inverters, while storage systems will need stand-alone or hybrid inverters and storage solutions, compatible with providers like Zendure, Anker, and Ecoflow.
Large orders generally have a delivery time of 3 to 6 weeks, depending on quantity.
