The head of Citadel increases their ownership in Spain's Audax to more than 3%

Kenneth C. Griffin, founder and CEO of US hedge fund firm Citadel, has raised his stake in Spanish renewable power and gas supplier Audax Renovables SA to 3.039%, according to a filing sent to Spain’s stock market watchdog CNMV on Friday.
Already a shareholder of the solar and wind developer, Griffin now holds 2.985% of voting rights through shares and 0.054% through financial instruments, after previously holding a stake of 0.077%.
The filing shows Griffin owning the stake in individual capacity. Citadel Advisors LLC holds 2.987% in Audax.
The company’s largest shareholder is its chairman, Jose Elias Navarro, who controls a 74.9% stake. BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, Indumenta Pueri, which is a holding company that also owns Spanish children’s fashion firm Mayoral, round out the top five Audax stock owners.
Audax Renovables' stock closed with a slight increase of 0.87% at EUR 1.388 (USD 1.511) per share on Friday.
