GreenYellow inks the first energy efficiency deal in Vietnam



GreenYellow has launched energy efficiency solutions in Vietnam.

For this, the company has already signed the first Energy Efficiency Contract with Bac Lieu Fisheries JSC.

According to the company, “the energy management system will help maximize cost savings and sustainable development to improve power efficiency at the plant and optimize internal processes.”

GreenYellow informed that it delivers a comprehensive solution to the partner companies.

The services include 100% capital financing, installation, operation, warranty, maintenance, replacement of the entire LED lighting system, refrigeration equipment, HVAC system, and BMS monitoring system, optimize cold storage for customers, and share profits from energy costs saved through an Energy Savings Cooperation Agreement (EEA) or UAAS, as per a local report.

Meanwhile, GreenYellow Vietnam had earlier acquired the Vietnamese subsidiary of Qair. Besides, it had also acquired 70% stake in Binh Dinh solar farm.

This solar farm with a capacity of 49.5 MWp asset is currently in operation in Binh Dinh province in Vietnam.
