Sustainable Power Solutions (SPS) is embarking on a visionary N$200 million investment to establish a 10MW solar plant on Maxwell Farm, North Central Namibia. Set to be operational by the end of 2024, this project marks the first instance of a wheeling model under NamPower’s Modified Single Buyer (MSB) framework. The MSB empowers Independent Power Producers (IPPs) to supply electricity directly to regional distributors, industrial giants, and municipalities.

This collaborative effort showcases dedication to sustainable energy and innovation, with the Oelofse family, owners of Maxwell Farm, actively investing in the project.
