Tion Renewables Acquires Four Operational Solar Farms in Spain from EDPR

Tion Renewables Group (“Tion”) has signed a sale and purchase agreement with a subsidiary of EDP Renováveis, S.A. (“EDPR”) to acquire four operational solar farms in Spain.

The portfolio includes one solar farm in Aragon, which has been operational for approximately 1.5 years, and three projects in Andalusia, which began operations in November 2024.

All four projects are backed by 15-year power purchase agreements (PPAs), providing stable, long-term contracted revenue.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals, precedent conditions, and other standard closing requirements.
