DAS Solar has successfully partnered with Brazilian renewable energy developer TR Energia to complete two ground-mounted solar projects with a total capacity of 8.6 MW in the cities of Itaíba and Agrestina, Pernambuco, Brazil. Both projects, which have already been connected to the grid, feature DAS Solar’s high-efficiency N-type 570 W modules, demonstrating the two companies’ shared commitment to advancing clean energy adoption in Latin America.

Located in the sun-rich region of Pernambuco, the projects were designed to fully leverage Brazil’s abundant solar resources while ensuring long-term reliability and optimal energy generation. By adopting DAS Solar’s advanced N-type technology, the systems deliver higher conversion efficiency, lower degradation, and excellent performance under high temperatures—making them ideally suited for Brazil’s diverse climatic conditions.

TR Energia, a Brazilian company dedicated to developing and implementing renewable energy projects, continues to expand its footprint in the country’s fast-growing solar market. Its expertise in project development, engineering, and local construction played a vital role in bringing the Itaíba and Agrestina projects to successful completion. The collaboration enables TR Energia to further deliver efficient, reliable, and bankable solar solutions to its customers across Brazil.

The completion and grid connection of the 8.6 MW projects mark another milestone in DAS Solar’s international expansion and its strategy to strengthen cooperation with regional partners across Latin America. Combining cutting-edge module technology with local market expertise, DAS Solar continues to provide full-scenario photovoltaic solutions under its “DAS Eco,” “DAS Floating,” and “DAS Urban” concepts—empowering global partners to accelerate the renewable energy transition.
A representative from DAS Solar stated that the successful grid connection of the projects underscores the company’s growing presence in the Latin American market and its capability to deliver high-quality, high-efficiency products tailored to diverse environments. The partnership with TR Energia reflects both companies’ shared vision of promoting sustainable development and advancing a greener energy future for Brazil.
